This telephonic appointment allows you to meet our therapists and explore the idea of beginning therapy, therapy expectations, and ask any questions you may have.
Please allow for 15 - 20 minutes
The initial session is a time for you and your therapist to develop a plan of action to meet your goals. Prior to the appointment you'll be asked to complete a series of questionnaires which your treatment provider will review prior to the appointment. These questionnaires will introduce your provider to you're goals in order to make the most of the appointment time.
Our therapists are licenced in the state of Indiana to provide clinical assessment and treatments for the individual, families, and couples. Each client received tailored and individualized treatment plan geared towards the resolution of identified problems.

Each athlete will receive an individualized program when working with Dr. Miller, as not all athletes experience the same performance barriers. Dr. Miller will explore potential athletic barriers, mental game skill deficits and through sport psychology techniques decrease the mental barriers that get in the way of performance success.
Not sure why your team isn't performing as you feel they should? A coach consultation is a great way to work collaboratively with Dr. Miller to explore, identify, and work to resolve any barriers in your interactions with your team in order to encourage team growth and enhance performance.
Team success starts with a strong unified mental frameworks. team sessions are designed to enhance communication, build trust, and develop a positive team culture. Team group sessions can help develop leadership skills, conflict resolution, and collaborative goal- setting. Team workshops look different for each team.
