The therapeutic process works differently for everyone. At Rooted we begin your therapy process by matching you with the best fit therapist for you. You will be screened via telephone and questioned about your goals, prior treatment history, and therapist preference in order to set you up for success. You will then meet with your therapist either in person, or virtually and begin working together to accomplish your goals.
The therapeutic process is an individualized experience between you and your therapist. While each session can last between 30-50 minutes, the amount of sessions you may need to see the results you desire is dependent on several factors including your desire and motivation to change behavior/ thought processes, belief in your treatment plan, and commitment to the process.
